Spotify is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Experimentation product area team based in London. This team develops Confidence, a platform that helps Spotify and external commercial SaaS customers test ideas, learn rapidly, and make data-driven decisions. The role involves managing a distributed engineering group located across Europe.
This position is suited for an experienced leader who enjoys growing people alongside building products. The manager will coach staff individually and collectively, maintain team culture, and guide technical strategy alongside Staff engineers. Responsibilities include hiring, career development, ensuring delivery quality, collaborating with product managers on priorities, and occasionally performing hands-on engineering work.
