As an Analytics Lead, Full Stack within the POS Analytics group, you will direct the growth strategy for major platform partners. This position centers on managing the analytics roadmap for a primary business sector, assessing high-value prospects, shaping investment strategies, and tracking the results of critical projects. You will collaborate closely with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage and set priorities for the analytics portfolio covering a major product or business area
- Conduct complex evaluations that weigh growth against credit performance, user experience, and unit economics
- Convert analytical findings into actionable business cases for senior leadership
- Design and execute experiments to test product-market fit and economic viability for ambiguous problems
- Drive consensus across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue departments without formal authority
- Develop scalable data models, key performance indicators, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows
- Mentor team members and establish reusable analytical tools and practices
Requirements
- Possess at least six years of professional experience in a cross-functional analytical role
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, including statistical analysis and A/B testing
- Show a strong background in consumer lending, credit metrics, and lending economics
- Exhibit experience using AI-assisted tools like Cursor or Claude to accelerate analytical workflows
- Demonstrate independent prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a quantitatively rigorous field or possess equivalent practical experience
