This position reports directly to the Global Controller, who guides the daily learning process and offers career development support. The role involves managing vendor data, maintaining supplier ledgers, processing invoices, handling payments, and supporting month-end closing procedures while ensuring adherence to established internal policies and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts payable ledgers and perform account reconciliations
- Manage vendor data, validate new accounts, and record changes and approvals
- Process supplier invoices accurately and enter them into accounting software
- Prepare supplier payments according to established timetables for approval
- Monitor withheld payments and release them upon receiving authorization
- Assist with month-end tasks including prepayments, accruals, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Resolve billing questions and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and recommend corrective actions
