Figma is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join its Technology Services team. Figma builds a collaborative platform that supports design workflows, prototyping, code translation, and AI iteration. In this full-time position, the incoming professional will collaborate closely with business departments including Finance, GTM, and Engineering, alongside technology groups such as Business Systems, GRC, and IT. The role focuses on steering cross-functional scaling programs, aligning multiple stakeholders, resolving impediments, and advancing the adoption of automation and AI.

- Demonstrated history of fostering transparency and knowledge-sharing through collaboration
- Familiarity utilizing collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, GSuite, Zoom, Notion, and Figma
Qualifications
