In this position, the professional will shape conversational and AI-native workflows that allow business owners to receive human resources guidance directly inside the platform. The work involves designing comprehensive service journeys, establishing operational routing between customers, artificial intelligence, and human experts, and maintaining high standards of execution in a compliance-heavy domain.
This role is well-suited for a seasoned product design professional who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing complex multi-stakeholder workflows, and applying strong judgment to AI-generated outputs where accuracy is critical.

- Perform service design across a two-sided platform by creating journey maps and operational blueprints for routing and handoffs between users, technology, and specialists

- Service design expertise covering multi-stakeholder or two-sided products, including journey mapping and operational blueprints
- Ability to evaluate artificial intelligence outputs and design for high-stakes operational environments
- Comfort working independently through ambiguity to scope problems without requiring complete upfront information
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across product, engineering, data, and design teams
Qualifications
- Background working within regulated or high-stakes sectors such as human resources, legal, compliance, healthcare, or fintech
- Experience helping teams transition to artificial intelligence-native workflows
- Contributions toward artificial intelligence governance, evaluation practices, or experience design patterns
- Experience designing interfaces for internal or expert users such as support staff, advisors, or agents alongside customer-facing surfaces
