Responsibilities
- Formulate a multi-year technical roadmap for marketing measurement to direct substantial budget allocations
- Develop and refine Multi-Touch Attribution and Media Mix Models to evaluate the impact of marketing spend
- Design unified frameworks to optimize acquisition and engagement for both advertisers and platform users
- Oversee continuous incrementality testing, geo-holdout experiments, and brand marketing impact methodologies
- Partner with finance, growth, and marketing teams to convert statistical insights into actionable budget adjustments
- Provide technical guidance, enforce coding and statistical standards, and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Hold an advanced degree such as a Master or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
- Demonstrate ten or more years of industry experience for Master degree holders, or six or more years for Ph.D. holders in growth data science, econometrics, or marketing science
- Possess practical expertise in Incrementality Testing, Customer Lifetime Value prediction, and Marketing Mix Modeling
- Show advanced proficiency in SQL alongside Python or R
- Have a background in constructing production-grade data pipelines and utilizing machine learning for predictive modeling
- Exhibit a proven capacity to influence executive-level stakeholders and explain statistical concepts as business strategy
Qualifications
- Familiarity with causal inference libraries or Bayesian structural time series
- Prior employment history within a social media platform or high-growth marketplace
