Responsibilities
- Shape and direct data strategy for major business collectives and domains
- Identify and solve ambiguous, business-critical challenges involving technical and regulatory trade-offs
- Partner with senior leaders across engineering, product, design, research, risk, and operations
- Build measurement frameworks and metric maps to connect user behavior with business results
- Define and evolve methodologies for experimentation, causal inference, optimization, and forecasting
- Maintain hands-on involvement in exploring data, developing prototypes, and building predictive models
- Oversee critical data initiatives from conception to adoption while ensuring governance and reproducibility
- Mentor and coach analytics engineers and fellow data scientists to raise technical standards
