In this full-time role, the Operations Manager will oversee the operating rhythm for the product and engineering departments. Responsibilities
- Manage the operating cadence for product and engineering by directing planning cycles, roadmap workflows, initiative tracking, sprint planning, and team projects.
- Design and optimize key processes such as product reviews, retrospectives, team syncs, and engineering demos to improve velocity.
- Create and maintain operational artifacts including roadmaps, planning documents, capacity trackers, dashboards, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning product, engineering, design, brand, sales, and operations teams to establish alignment and accountability.
- Partner with leadership to develop scalable frameworks for goal-setting, prioritization, and execution.
- Examine operational data and feedback to pinpoint friction points and deploy systems that elevate outcomes.
- Establish and continuously refine the internationalization operations playbook to support scaling efforts.
Requirements
- Possess six to eight or more years of experience in product operations, business operations, or program management within a high-growth, product-led company.
- Demonstrate a proven background in building and scaling operational processes from scratch.
- Exhibit strong organization and methodology to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication abilities across all stakeholder levels.
- Demonstrate comfort using systems such as Linear, Figma, and Google Drive.
- Show strong analytical instincts with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Qualifications
- Experience working at an early-stage startup or a scaling product organization.
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks, roadmap tools, or product analytics platforms.
- Background in product management, engineering, consulting, or strategy featuring deep operational exposure.
- Experience handling vendor management and localization expansion efforts.
- Familiarity with SQL or dashboard creation.
