NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is currently seeking a remote Sr. Salesforce Developer to join their team. In this position, the professional will bring client implementations to life by collaborating directly with customers and Solution Architects to understand business needs, formulate requirements, and design, build, test, and release solutions. Additionally, the individual will contribute to internal product development by constructing major components used for packaging solutions. NeuraFlash specializes in AI, AWS, and Salesforce innovations, working with technologies such as Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, and Agentforce to transform customer workflows and experiences.

This role is well-suited for an experienced software professional who possesses deep technical capabilities on the Salesforce platform, enjoys working closely with clients, and is eager to mentor junior team members. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with clients and Solution Architects to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Architect solutions and write code using Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Apex, and Flows
  • Integrate Salesforce with ERP platforms and other external systems
  • Guide and mentor junior developers to foster team cohesion and proper delivery
  • Quickly learn new technical capabilities and major Salesforce releases to train internal team members
  • Contribute to internal product development by building core components for packaging solutions

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional development experience working with the Salesforce platform
  • Extensive hands-on experience with LWC and Apex
  • Professional background managing the complete Software Development Lifecycle including structured code management
  • Demonstrated experience on multiple Salesforce project deployments involving release handling, multi-environment management, legacy system integration via APIs, and original code creation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Possession of Salesforce certifications, specifically Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II
  • Familiarity with Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud
  • Experience with JavaScript technologies such as Node, Angular, or React
  • Understanding of Web Services principles including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud features, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, and Snap-Ins
