This full-time position suits designers who enjoy balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning, working across both foundational 0-to-1 product creation and targeted optimization efforts. The role requires a strong grasp of systems thinking, data analysis, and experimentation.

SeatGeek operates with flexible work arrangements, permitting employees to work entirely from home or balance time between home and an office.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the behaviors, motivations, and needs of artists, teams, sellers, and fans
- Establish clear product strategies while executing details through to launch
- Balance delivery speed with quality to generate impact through optimization and new product development
- Contribute high-level design execution driven by experimentation, data, and systems thinking
- Collaborate with teams to enhance component systems for consistent product quality
Requirements
- Possess at least 4 years of professional experience
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship in design work
- Understand technical and logistical friction points in live events
- Demonstrate an innovative and change-oriented mindset
- Provide a minimum of 4 hours of daily schedule overlap with an East Coast workday running from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Show a strong enthusiasm for live entertainment experiences
