The organization is seeking a Senior Staff UX Researcher, Quantitative to join the research team within its research and development wing. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a quantitative research roadmap across research and development to mitigate risk on major product investments

  • Direct organizational quantitative strategy, including survey methods, conjoint analysis, and MaxDiff studies
  • Collaborate with data science teams to synthesize attitudinal, behavioral, and metric data into comprehensive customer insights
  • Establish and update ideal customer profile segmentation as products and business goals evolve
  • Perform large-sample usability benchmarking and competitive evaluations to guide design directions
  • Mentor team members and advance AI-native research workflows across the organization

Requirements

  • Possess at least 8 years of professional experience leading quantitative user experience research
  • Demonstrate expertise in statistical modeling, survey science, sampling, pricing research, and AI evaluation methods
  • Show proficiency in SQL and Python while maintaining hands-on familiarity with survey platforms like Qualtrics
  • Have a proven background in establishing research standards that scale beyond individual projects across multiple teams
  • Bring extensive experience working on artificial intelligence products
