This role suits an experienced engineer who thrives in intense, fast-paced environments and possesses extensive background in backend engineering and machine learning applications. Responsibilities center on constructing high-volume automation workflows, establishing reusable orchestration primitives for other business domains, and guiding LLM-based products from initial prototyping to robust production environments.
Team members participate in periodic in-person working sessions referred to as surges, requiring collaboration in shared physical spaces despite the remote-first operational structure. Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI systems to automate customer support and compliance functions
