Coinbase is seeking a Senior Producer to join its remote-first team and manage end-to-end production for the Base Creative Office. The organization focuses on increasing economic freedom and operates in an intense, fast-paced environment where employees gather quarterly for in-person working sessions known as surges. This full-time position acts as the primary point of accountability for the in-house creative group, directing a diverse portfolio that includes brand campaigns, video series, social assets, case studies, and live event builds such as merchandise, booths, signage, and audiovisual components.
The role requires an individual capable of managing concurrent workstreams, evaluating incoming requests, and establishing realistic delivery schedules while pushing back against unfeasible timelines. The chosen candidate will coordinate workloads, oversee external vendors and contractors, guide stakeholder reviews involving legal, brand, and executive teams, and implement lightweight workflows and AI-assisted processes to maintain efficiency without sacrificing human oversight. This position suits experienced professionals who thrive under high pressure and can independently guide physical and digital projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage production from start to finish for the full portfolio of the Base Creative Office.
- Evaluate incoming requests and create clear briefs that outline staffing plans and timelines.
- Balance daily workloads across concurrent projects to maintain team capacity.
- Find and oversee external contractors, vendors, printers, and audiovisual partners.
- Coordinate the review and approval cycle among brand, legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Design lightweight workflows and generative AI tools to improve output and operational speed.
Requirements
- Have at least seven years of experience producing brand, video, or experiential content.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently manage simultaneous productions with distinct budgets and timelines.
- Possess hands-on experience handling physical and event elements alongside their corresponding vendors.
- Show a track record of driving decisions and consolidating feedback across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Have prior background working inside an in-house brand or creative team sharing resources.
- Utilize generative AI responsibly while preserving human oversight for business outputs.
