Operating in a remote-first work environment, Coinbase expects team members to gather quarterly for in-person working sessions known as surges. This full-time position sits within the integrated marketing department, focusing on aligning product experiences and brand promises across all company surfaces.
This role suits an experienced strategist who can connect brand vision with go-to-market execution and product development. The person in this position will work closely with partnership and product marketing teams to influence initiatives upstream. Coinbase operates with high performance expectations in an intense setting, pushing team members to develop impactful work.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $205,785 to $242,100 USD annually, alongside potential equity and bonus eligibility. Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between customer experiences and brand commitments by influencing GTM, product, and customer experience surfaces.
- Develop creative go-to-market strategies for partner and product initiatives.
- Collaborate with partnership and product marketing groups to guide strategy upstream into product delivery and partnership structures.
- Partner with insights teams to design and shape research, applying findings to solve complex challenges.
- Apply generative AI tools and copilots responsibly within daily workflows while maintaining human oversight for quality control.
Requirements
- Experience shaping go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated background in establishing product and brand strategy either internally at corporate entities or within agencies.
- Proven ability to scale a brand across an entire enterprise rather than solely inside a marketing division.
