  • Build automations and internal tooling that allow marketing team members to self-serve and ship campaigns quickly
  • Provide engineering support across broader marketing initiatives when complex challenges arise

Requirements

  • Reside in the USA
  • Have professional experience building conversion-focused websites using modern stacks like Astro and headless content management systems such as Sanity
  • Demonstrate expertise in motion, CSS, and rich media implementation
  • Understand web measurement, including cookies, conversion tracking, analytics, and experimentation platforms like Segment, Amplitude, or Customer.io
  • Be capable of working collaboratively across marketing and engineering departments

Qualifications

  • Approximately five or more years of professional experience building and owning websites long-term
  • Prior background working within an agency setting

  • Option to choose between a standard five-day workweek or a four-day workweek at eighty percent pay
  • Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers
  • One-month paid sabbatical every five years
  • Medical plans with ninety-nine percent of premiums covered, alongside dental, vision, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and company-paid long-term disability for US residents
