Human Interest operates as a fintech company dedicated to expanding access to retirement benefits for workers across small and medium-sized businesses. The organization currently seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, GTM to join the Go-to-Market FP&A team within the Finance department.
This position focuses on supporting the GTM organization, which incorporates Sales, Marketing, Customer Onboarding, and Partnerships. The incoming professional will report directly to the Director of GTM Finance. Key duties involve building financial models for revenue forecasting, conducting scenario analysis, preparing materials for leadership and the Board of Directors, and monitoring key performance indicators.

Responsibilities
- Design robust financial models for scenario analysis and revenue forecasting
- Enhance forecast accuracy by investigating variances and proposing recommendations regarding revenue and expense drivers
- Partner with senior leaders and their respective teams to offer budgetary support and ad hoc financial analysis
- Deliver data-backed insights to guide strategic decisions and properly allocate capital
- Optimize GTM performance through quantitative financial insights
- Standardize processes and create scalable solutions for future growth
- Compile reporting materials for internal use, investors, and Board of Directors meetings
- Track and establish key performance indicators aligned with financial goals
Requirements
- Accumulate at least three years of pertinent FP&A experience within a high-growth software firm, investment banking, or a combination of both
- Demonstrate advanced spreadsheet modeling skills in Excel
- Maintain high precision and attention to detail
- Navigate ambiguity effectively while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Understand SaaS business models along with experience evaluating SaaS metrics
- Communicate clearly and collaborate across various company levels, functions, and external groups
- Extract actionable insights from large datasets
Qualifications
- Prior experience utilizing SQL
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Pigment systems
