The individual will work alongside Product and Design divisions to deliver multi-persona mobile solutions for both account holders and plan administrators. Total rewards include a base salary range spanning from $220,000 to $265,000 depending on geographical location and experience, alongside bonuses, commissions, or equity when applicable. Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire at least three mobile engineers to establish the new team
- Drive execution of product roadmaps across both employee and company admin surfaces
- Provide technical leadership on mobile architecture, device fragmentation, and AI-assisted tools
- Manage release operations including store rollouts, feature flags, automated testing, and QA verification
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, operations, and backend departments
- Establish mobile observability using tools like Sentry, Datadog, or Braze to track performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of five years leading software engineering teams with a focus on mobile application delivery
- Demonstrated history of launching production applications across iOS, Android, or cross-platform environments
- Familiarity with mobile release operations, app store submission policies, and feature flag management
- Technical background in mobile software engineering using Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform
- Understanding of mobile architecture trade-offs, device farms, automated UI testing, and client telemetry
Qualifications
- Prior background managing complex, multi-persona mobile applications containing consumer and enterprise portal surfaces
- Experience working in fintech, security-sensitive applications, or otherwise regulated domains
