This position is designed for an experienced professional who will establish, scale, and oversee reward programs to attract and retain personnel. The successful candidate will apply a systems-first, AI-native mindset to build scalable compensation workflows, automated analyses, and reporting tools that reduce manual tasks. Key partnerships will be maintained with finance, legal, human resources business partners, and leadership to guarantee programs remain fair, compliant, and reflective of market realities.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate competitive job offers and create guides for recruiters and human resources partners
  • Ensure ongoing adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, including pay transparency and FLSA standards
  • Partner with people operations to integrate human resources and compensation software systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of twelve years of professional experience in compensation, total rewards, people operations, or a related analytical field within a high-growth technology setting
  • Demonstrated artificial intelligence fluency with hands-on application use for accelerating data analysis
  • Direct operational history managing annual compensation cycles and developing scalable programs
  • Familiarity with survey benchmarking methodologies and tools such as Pave, Mercer, and Radford or Aon
  • Strong spreadsheet proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with data modeling and dashboard creation capabilities
  • Understanding of compensation and employment regulations like FLSA, pay equity frameworks, and transparency statutes
