The organization seeks a Talent Development Leader, Foundational Talent Products to build out the capability framework across executive and individual contributor tracks. This strategic, hands-on role involves overseeing the complete product lifecycle of learning solutions, from user discovery and prototyping to scaling and governance. The person in this position will establish standard taxonomies for modular content, embed AI-native competencies, and collaborate closely with People Technology groups as well as executive stakeholders.
This opportunity is well-suited for a technical instructional designer or learning architect who possesses extensive experience in building foundational programs from scratch and designing modular content frameworks. Candidates should be comfortable utilizing generative automation tools, conducting A/B testing, and integrating learning paths directly into daily enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the enterprise capability framework across individual contributor and leadership tracks.
- Partner with content designers to create, build, and ship blended learning experiences using iterative delivery cycles.
- Establish strategic visions for core enablement programs using a hub-and-spoke model.
- Own the architectural design for modular content, automated governance, tagging, and dynamic updates.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and executive stakeholders to analyze skill data and prioritize learning investments.
- Write functional and technical requirements for the capability engine in coordination with People Technology teams.
- Diagnose emerging capability needs and translate complex operational priorities into actionable guidance for business leaders.
Requirements
- Approximately 8 or more years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning Architecture, Technical Instructional Design, or Organizational Design.
- Track record of building foundational learning programs from scratch.
- Expertise in technical instructional design and modular architecture for evergreen and searchable content.
- Experience integrating generative artificial intelligence or automation into content production pipelines.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and rapid prototyping using data signals for content iterations.
