Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative assistance to the Vice President and backup support for other team members as needed
- Handle complex calendar management, resolve scheduling conflicts, and plan both domestic and international travel

- Organize meeting logistics, departmental records, and files in adherence to legal and corporate policies
- Format and revise business documents, presentations, and related materials utilizing advanced software skills
- Process expense reports and purchase office or departmental goods following purchasing guidelines
- Assist with new hire onboarding and office setup procedures
- Interact professionally with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external administrative contacts

- Coordinate tasks with or offer guidance to other departmental administrative assistants
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as an administrative assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and travel systems
- Familiarity with corporate procedures and business requirements
- Capacity to operate independently using general direction
