Canonical seeks a Regional SDR Director to oversee inbound and outbound teams across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. This position involves directing regional sales development managers while maintaining a multi-million dollar pipeline. Responsibilities
- Direct regional sales development representative and business development representative managers and teams across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions
- Maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline through inbound and outbound strategies
- Recruit, mentor, and develop SDR Team Managers across all three assigned regions
- Drive team activities and continuous improvement using data and CRM analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Sales Vice Presidents, Marketing, and Field Engineering
- Experiment with novel outbound approaches to adapt to shifting market conditions
- Foster accountability and company culture across an asynchronous, remote-first global workforce
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams or operations
- Ability to leverage modern sales technology stacks and CRM analytics for pipeline forecasting
- Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing sales managers
- Capability to align cross-functionally with regional sales, marketing, and field engineering teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a STEM field or Business
- Excellent academic background from school and university
- Demonstrated knowledge and enthusiasm for business development, sales, and technology
- Multi-regional strategic vision tailored to market dynamics in AMER, EMEA, and APAC
