As a Regional SDR Director, you will lead inbound and outbound sales development representative and business development representative teams across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. Functioning as both a management role and an educational academy, this position focuses heavily on coaching professionals, maintaining a multi-million dollar pipeline, and driving accountability across remote-first groups.

This opportunity is well-suited for leaders who possess a strong analytical mindset, enjoy mastering emerging technologies, and care deeply about mentoring ambitious talent. Responsibilities

  • Direct regional sales development representative and business development representative managers and teams across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC markets

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop SDR team managers to lead future growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional sales vice presidents, marketing, and field engineering departments
  • Leverage modern sales tech stacks and CRM analytics for predictable pipeline forecasting
  • Experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes and drive accountability across remote-first teams
