The enterprise seeks a remote, full-time Product Engineer focusing on Internal Tools for the Latin America region at a senior or staff level.
This position acts as an operational engine builder, creating solutions for internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and engineering departments. The person filling this role will leverage AI development workflows to write, review, and deploy production software rapidly, functioning simultaneously as a product manager and lead engineer for internal platforms like Scout. Candidates must possess significant full-stack development experience, a strong background in artificial intelligence development workflows, and the ability to operate autonomously in addressing open-ended business hurdles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering divisions to identify operational roadblocks and design effective tools
- Architect, scale, and maintain the Scout internal platform across the full stack
- Integrate artificial intelligence natively into daily workflows to write, review, and ship production code
- Handle open-ended business challenges by scoping requirements, creating technical designs, and delivering end-to-end solutions
Requirements
- Extensive background as a Senior or Staff-level full-stack engineer in a fast-paced environment
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience developing scalable backend services, preferably using NestJS
- Competence in designing code-first GraphQL APIs
- Strong database fundamentals utilizing Sequelize ORM over PostgreSQL
- Experience writing integration tests against real databases
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices involving feature flags, testing, and observability
Qualifications
- Deep experience with AI development workflows and tools including Claude Code and Cursor
