Luxury Presence seeks a Director of Launch Operations to oversee client onboarding, launch, and activation processes across its expanding suite of products. Operating remotely within the United States with a preference for Austin, Texas, this full-time role offers an annual salary between USD 190,000 and 220,000.
As a Series C proptech company backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other investors, Luxury Presence provides an AI growth platform utilized by over 90,000 real estate professionals and top industry brokerages.
Reporting to the VP of GTM Strategy and Operations, the incoming director will design an operational model capable of handling triple the current volume without adding proportional costs. This position combines operational leadership with product ownership, requiring the candidate to direct a dedicated engineering team, manage the internal Launchpad platform, integrate artificial intelligence into daily workflows, and establish performance measurement standards across the business.
This opportunity suits an execution-oriented professional who possesses a strong technical foundation, a product-manager mindset regarding internal operations, and the ability to bridge technical and business conversations with executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale the operating model for onboarding, launch, and activation across the full product suite to support triple the current volume
- Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and shipping schedule for the internal Launchpad platform
- Direct dedicated engineering and Salesforce development resources toward the activation platform roadmap
- Integrate artificial intelligence directly into Launchpad and surrounding workflows to automate manual tasks
- Establish clear performance metrics, measurement methods, and reporting dashboards for activation performance across the business
- Lead and manage a small team of senior operators within a fast operating cadence
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of operational experience at a SaaS or technology company
- Direct background running the operational layer behind an implementation, onboarding, professional services, or delivery organization
- Demonstrable experience raising performance standards through operational redesign rather than incremental adjustments
- Track record of securing change management support from senior stakeholders
- Prior experience working at high-growth companies with annual recurring revenue between USD 100M and $500M
- Hands-on experience using artificial intelligence in daily tasks and building or rebuilding workflows around it
- Strong command of Salesforce and delivery organization support systems
- Proficiency in process design, workflow optimization, and capacity planning
