Figma seeks experienced product designers to join its Growth and Monetization division, focusing on core workflows such as onboarding, billing, admin tools, and account management. This position involves designing scalable systems, simplifying intricate processes, and balancing business objectives with user needs.

This opportunity is suited for systems thinkers and visual designers who can navigate strategy, execution, and storytelling. Openings span multiple seniority levels within the Growth and Monetization teams. Work can be performed from a US hub or remotely within the United States on a full-time basis.

Figma offers an annual base salary range of $169,000 to $303,000 USD, alongside equity and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product direction strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and refine narratives surrounding product needs and opportunities
  • Collaborate across functions with engineering, product management, design, and research colleagues
  • Build and update user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Provide constructive critique and feedback to peers
  • Ship high-quality product improvements
  • Participate in design critiques, mentor team members, and spread best practices

Requirements

  • Have at least three years of experience creating user interface and user experience designs for complex software products at a similar scale
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and visual craft skills including typography, layout, and composition
  • Exhibit fluency in interaction design and prototyping techniques
  • Show a history of independently guiding design initiatives from discovery to launch
  • Possess structured thinking abilities backed by user-centered research and clear rationale
  • Understand how to design for multiple user tiers or user types such as individual buyers and administrators
  • Maintain familiarity with experimentation, data usage, and metrics
