The Pharmacy Operations Trainer will design, organize, and execute standardized training initiatives covering all pharmacy operational duties. This professional works alongside subject matter experts across multiple departments to ensure staff members maintain safety, consistency, and adherence to regulations. Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of professional experience within pharmacy operations, healthcare, laboratory environments, manufacturing, or other regulated fields
  • Background in building and conducting operational training programs within fast-paced settings
  • Demonstrated capability in facilitating education, creating learning content, and administering competency evaluations
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication abilities
  • Experience working alongside cross-functional teams to roll out operational initiatives
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Availability to work on-site in Romeoville, Illinois and travel periodically to other pharmacy locations
