This role delivers operational and administrative assistance to the People Experience team while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to internal procedures. The position focuses on supporting daily staff processes, managing personnel files, and handling coordination throughout the employee lifecycle.
This opportunity is well-suited for an organized professional looking to establish foundational experience in human resources and employee relations. Team members assist with compliance tracking, report generation, data entry, and responding to general staff inquiries. Additionally, the coordinator helps facilitate training sessions, coordinates initiatives across various markets, assists with leave administration, and supports workplace investigations or employee relations matters.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the People Experience team including meeting scheduling and document preparation
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and employee files
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and internal audits
- Support compliance activities such as document tracking and certifications
- Respond to basic inquiries regarding people and culture policies
- Coordinate logistics for People Experience initiatives and training sessions
- Assist with employee relations matters including performance concerns, conduct issues, and conflict resolution
- Partner with benefits to maintain leaves and coordinate the return to work process
- Support workplace investigations by gathering information and coordinating interviews
- Administer and support the North America Tenure Program across Canada and the United States
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources with exposure to employee relations, investigations, or people compliance
- Fluent in both English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of confidentiality, sound judgment, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CHRP designation or working toward the designation
