This full-time position operates on-site and involves collaborating with consulting partners, technology partners, and cloud alliances like AWS to drive product integration and adoption.
The person in this role will act as a technical collaborator and developer advocate, working closely with partner engineering, sales, and product departments. Responsibilities include building reference applications, authoring enablement guides, delivering workshops, and assisting with pre-sales technical engagements. Candidates will also collect and relay high-signal product feedback from partner ecosystems back to internal teams.
This opportunity is well-suited for someone with a robust background in web development, frontend architecture, and agentic workflows who enjoys building lasting relationships across different time zones. Successful applicants will maintain active coding skills and be comfortable advising both technical and executive stakeholders while traveling up to twenty-five percent of the time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for consulting partners, technology partners, and cloud alliances
- Develop product integrations, proofs of concept, and reference applications utilizing Vercel open source tools
- Create workshop content, integration guides, and technical documentation for partner enablement
- Deliver pre-sales support for partner-associated opportunities
- Train internal sales staff on joint partner solutions and present at industry conferences and hackathons
- Gather product feedback from partner use cases and share insights with internal product teams
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience working as a solutions engineer, solutions architect, or tech lead advising engineering teams
- Six or more years of experience building and launching frontend applications using Next.js or React with ongoing coding practice
- Experience shipping applications utilizing composable technologies such as CMS, ecommerce, personalization, and A/B testing
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping agentic applications via the Vercel AI SDK or alternative AI application toolkits
- Familiarity with systems integrators, consulting firms, or technology partners and how they grow technical practices
- Background in developer relations encompassing training sessions, sales demonstrations, and conference talks
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent of the time
Qualifications
- Experience building integrations tied to Vercel agentic infrastructure products
- Past execution of training, certification, or enablement programs at scale
- Familiarity with cloud marketplace and alliance motions across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Prior employment at or partnership with a Vercel partner organization
