In this role, the professional will focus heavily on hands-on execution, campaign deployment, performance testing, and data analysis.
This position suits a detail-oriented, analytical practitioner who is comfortable working daily inside platforms like Google Ads and YouTube. The employee will collaborate closely with channel leads, analytics teams, paid media leadership, and external agency partners to ensure account structures remain efficient and aligned with broader goals.
The responsibilities center around daily in-platform operations, continuous campaign optimization, managing keywords and bids, structuring experiments, and maintaining clean technical tracking setups. Candidates should possess direct experience managing paid search initiatives for consumer brands, alongside a strong grasp of modern account architectures and bidding models. Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and refine campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and additional search networks
- Oversee keyword strategies, bidding models, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and account architectures
- Conduct weekly optimizations including search query report reviews, negative keyword maintenance, and ad strength enhancements
- Execute tests involving bidding strategies, audience segments, creative variations, ad copy, and landing pages
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs
- Handle technical operations including pixel tracking, event configuration, product feed hygiene, and UTM implementation
- Partner with analytics teams and channel leads on advanced measurement strategies like brand lift studies and marketing mix modeling
Requirements
- Two to three or more years of practical experience running paid search and YouTube campaigns
- Familiarity with modern search account structures, keyword strategy, bidding logic, and performance tuning
- Background managing performance-driven paid search advertising for omnichannel consumer brands
- Ability to analyze data sets and convert metrics into immediate optimization tasks
- Strong organizational skills and comfort executing tasks directly within advertising platforms daily
