Figma seeks a technical product leader to manage four teams within the Roundtripping division: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. In this position, you will guide professionals who build tools bridging the gap between design and code.
The person in this role will set the vision for keeping design and code synchronized, handle end-to-end workflows, and oversee translation primitives that power agentic workflows. You will manage and mentor three Product Managers, recruit for an open position on the team, and collaborate with engineering, research, data, and design leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead product functions across four teams in the Roundtripping area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform
- Define the strategy, vision, and objectives for maintaining synchronization between design and code
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of Design to Code and Code to Design workflows, encompassing discoverability, quality measurement, and refinement
- Direct the creation of code-context systems and translation primitives to support agentic workflows and round-tripping
- Supervise and develop three Product Managers while hiring for an open role on the team
- Collaborate with leaders across research, design, data, and engineering to drive technical product decisions
- Formulate an operating cadence and manage adoption goals for MCP and workflow features
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing Product Managers, including hiring, calibrating, and developing talent
- Extensive background shipping developer tools and artificial intelligence products, including running evaluations and owning annotation pipelines
- Track record of strategy formulation and execution on major initiatives amid technical and product ambiguity
- Experience collaborating with enterprise customers to translate workflows into shipped products
- Written communication skills with technical depth and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
