Figma is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Manager, Product Management - Figma Platform Experience. The company builds a collaborative design platform that supports teams throughout the entire product creation lifecycle, from brainstorming and prototyping to code translation and AI-driven iteration. In this full-time role, the selected candidate will lead initiatives involving shared user experiences across the product suite, such as platform coherence, collaborative multiplayer features, and internal design systems.

This opportunity is well-suited for a customer-focused product leader who possesses strong systems thinking, user empathy, and a history of guiding complex, large-scale initiatives. The role directly impacts customer sentiment, retention rates, collaboration metrics, and company-wide revenue. Responsibilities include defining strategy, directing workflows, collaborating with cross-functional partners in design, data, and engineering, and developing a senior team of product managers.

The position is available as an on-site role at one of the company's United States hubs, or as a remote position within the United States. New hires are required to attend in-person onboarding, and video interviews mandate that candidates keep their cameras turned on.

Responsibilities

  • Manage teams responsible for shared user experiences across the product suite, including multiplayer features, platform coherence, and the internal design system
  • Establish the vision, goals, and strategy for workflow interoperability
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across design, engineering, and data
  • Hire, mentor, and build a senior group of product managers

Requirements
