Responsibilities
- Manage the inbound integration lifecycle from initial qualification through launch and ongoing maintenance
- Support integration partners with NDAs, sandbox access, API documentation, onboarding, testing, and launch execution
- Act as the technical and commercial bridge between external partners and internal product and engineering groups
- Translate partner requests into actionable requirements, tradeoffs, and technical roadmaps
- Coordinate launch readiness, security reviews, and marketplace publication
- Oversee key enterprise integration relationships and accounts such as ADP
- Keep HubSpot and partnership databases updated with partner statuses, metrics, and customer demand
- Refine operational procedures, handoffs, SLAs, and support pathways to scale the program
Requirements
- Experience working at the intersection of technology, partnerships, customers, and product in roles like solutions architecture, technical program management, or integration partnerships
- Technical fluency to comprehend APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, data flows, and sandboxes
- Strong business and product judgment to evaluate partner requests against strategic company priorities
- Demonstrated capability to write clearly and build trust through direct partner communication
- Operational discipline to manage high-volume workstreams and automate repetitive tasks
