As the inaugural Adapt sales representative within the assigned territory, this professional will establish local sales strategies, build a customer base from the ground up without inbound leads or outbound sales development representatives, and help scale the product.
This position suits a driven outbound sales professional who thrives on direct customer interaction and frequent regional travel. Candidates should possess a strong background in software sales targeting short-term rental operators or direct operational experience managing property revenue. The role requires managing the entire sales cycle independently, from prospecting and pitching to piloting and closing deals with chief executive officers, business owners, and revenue leaders. Professionals in this role will also represent the company at industry events and relay client feedback directly to product development teams.

Total on-target earnings range between $130,000 and $200,000 per year with uncapped commission. Responsibilities
- Manage the entire regional sales territory independently through prospecting, pitching, conducting pilots, negotiating, and closing deals
- Engage directly with company owners, chief executive officers, and revenue leadership at property management firms
- Develop business cases demonstrating how clients can increase revenue while reducing expenses
- Attend key industry events within the region to build brand awareness and local market presence
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product development team to support software improvements
Requirements
- Experience selling software related to property management, revenue management, or pricing to short-term rental property managers
- Prior professional experience working internally in revenue, pricing, or operations for a property manager
- Existing professional relationships within the target market capable of generating conversations early on
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory to meet clients face-to-face
