The person hired for this job will manage the complete lifecycle of event operations from the initial design phase through final analytical reporting. Responsibilities involve partnering with internal departments and outside suppliers to produce professional, branded functions targeted at the broader crypto sector, partners, and consumers. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end event execution across the experiential marketing schedule
- Handle venue sourcing, vendor coordination, contract negotiations, budget tracking, and attendee operations
- Partner with internal groups including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Communications to align programming
- Construct and maintain project plans, schedules, and run-of-show documents with tracked milestones
- Collaborate with design and brand departments on creative development for invitations, signage, and materials
- Compile post-event reports detailing attendance figures, engagement metrics, and revenue attribution
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of background in event management or experiential marketing
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple simultaneous events under overlapping schedules
- Hands-on experience conducting venue management, supplier coordination, and financial tracking
- Familiarity with event platforms such as Splash, Eventbrite, or Cvent
- Working knowledge of project management software like Asana or Monday.com
- Capacity to responsibly utilize generative AI while maintaining human oversight
