This full-time opportunity is suited for a seasoned sales professional who has previously managed software-as-a-service teams targeting enterprise accounts. In this position, the candidate will oversee daily operations, manage pipelines, guide forecasting, and drive net-new customer acquisition as well as account expansion within a manufacturing-focused territory.

This role involves active leadership and hands-on participation, from recruiting and mentoring account executives to collaborating with the broader sales leadership group. Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly sales activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals
- Own a manufacturing-focused territory team to drive net-new customer acquisition and account expansion
- Build, measure, and optimize repeatable sales processes
- Recruit, hire, and manage a growing team of account executives
- Train and assist sales representatives in closing complex transactions and prospecting

Requirements
- 10 plus years of experience in SaaS sales
