The company seeks a full-time Compensation Partner to join its People team and help manage compensation frameworks. This position acts as the operational backbone for compensation programs, ensuring accurate and punctual execution across cycles using automated workflows and artificial intelligence tools.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to managing rewards data. Key collaborators for this role include Finance, Legal, HR Business Partners, and management teams. Success in the position relies on data accuracy, timely deliverables, and independent problem-solving regarding compensation operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles by managing data preparation, validation, and tracking.
- Act as an initial point of contact for managers, recruiters, and HR personnel regarding compensation inquiries.
- Facilitate annual cycles from initial data collection through final staff communication.
- Perform job matching and market benchmarking utilizing data from Radford/Aon, Mercer, and Pave.
- Formulate pay range recommendations and offer positioning for review.
- Assess and model recommendations for promotions, lateral transfers, and new hires against established bands and internal equity standards.
- Ensure data consistency across compensation bands, Workday, and Pave through regular audits and reconciliations.
- Compile recurring dashboards and reports concerning band utilization and pay positioning, alongside ad hoc analytics.
- Utilize automation and AI applications to streamline routine reporting and audits.
- Support adherence to employment regulations such as FLSA rules, pay transparency laws, and survey submissions.
- Document and refine internal processes to guarantee audit readiness and repeatability.
Requirements
- Bring at least three years of professional background in Total Rewards, Compensation, People Operations, or a related analytical discipline.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience utilizing artificial intelligence tools for research, analysis, or documentation.
- Possess advanced spreadsheet competencies including pivot tables, lookups, and formula-driven models.
- Maintain strict discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Exhibit clear, concise written communication skills for explaining complex numerical concepts to non-compensation audiences.
