This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited for an independent professional with a background in B2B software search optimization where pipeline generation is the primary metric. The chosen candidate will manage low-volume, high-intent keyword strategies, build and deploy web pages, and optimize visibility across traditional search engines and answer engines such as ChatGPT and Gemini. The working environment emphasizes high-velocity experimentation, minimal bureaucracy, and an AI-first approach to production.

Responsibilities
- Manage the low-volume, high-intent keyword universe for B2B offerings, beginning with the Agents platform before expanding to API and enterprise products
- Define and measure answer engine optimization effectiveness across search tools like ChatGPT and Gemini
- Create and launch web pages independently and alongside growth engineers, encompassing programmatic page sets for various verticals and comparison intents
- Translate product launches, use cases, and client stories into web pages, FAQs, and content in collaboration with product marketing managers
- Assist in guiding the B2B segment of the content calendar alongside the Growth Content Writer
- Develop reporting mechanisms to track B2B organic impact and tie results directly to pipeline metrics
Requirements
- Previous experience managing SEO for a B2B software company
- Strong keyword judgment targeted at the bottom of the funnel
- Hands-on and independent operational style with proficiency in AI tools, vibe coding, improving current tooling, and rapid deployment
- Recent and demonstrable experience enhancing visibility within AI search channels
- Strong writing, briefing, and editing abilities for content production
Qualifications
- Experience executing programmatic SEO at scale
- Background marketing to both developers and business buyers
- Knowledge of voice AI, customer experience, contact center, or developer tools sectors
- Experience collaborating with a B2B sales team to convert buyer discussions into content
- Familiarity with multi-language and international SEO
