- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to brief leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to assess data quality, monitor global events, and maintain attention to detail across rotating shifts.
- Technical comfort using monitoring tools, ticketing platforms, and communication software.
- Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 global model.
Qualifications
