Twilio is hiring an Account Executive 4 to drive new business growth across its platform for enterprise clients. Operating as part of the global sales team, this position focuses on prospecting, consultative solution selling, and securing new customer acquisitions. This fully remote position is based in Singapore and requires up to 30 percent travel for client meetings, functional off-sites, and team gatherings. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing complex technology sales cycles, building relationships with executive leadership, and promoting multi-product adoption. The role involves close collaboration with product specialists, legal teams, finance, and solutions engineering to design mutually beneficial contracts and long-range territory strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new customer acquisition across the entire Twilio portfolio while maintaining an incremental account contract value quota

  • Partner with specialist sales teams to align business and technical needs with complex deals
  • Collaborate with value engineering and product specialists to introduce new solutions and increase platform adoption
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, pricing, and operations teams to structure mutually advantageous contracts
  • Handle multiple active sales deals simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Build long-range territory strategies alongside go-to-market operations and service divisions
  • Communicate customer feedback to carrier relations and product groups
  • Maintain precise pipeline data and sales forecasts using Salesforce

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of selling and closing in the cloud communications and customer data platform market with a multi-product focus
  • Total of 12 years of full-cycle sales experience
  • Minimum of 5 years managing or leading quantitative highly analytical products or solutions
  • Direct selling background in technical SaaS, CPaaS, or data platforms
  • Proven history of outbound prospecting and executing total account relationship strategies
  • Demonstrated background in consultative technical solution selling and discovery
  • Experience managing business forecasts and financial models
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience managing high-tech enterprises in South East Asia and India

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Extensive background working in CPaaS, data platforms, or global communications platforms
  • Domain expertise from quantitative industries such as retail, ecommerce, DevOps, fintech, insurance, advertising optimization, banking, security, or software and PaaS sales
