Ripple seeks a full-time Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to work on-site in London within its Marketing Operations team.

In this position, the individual will act as the core analytical engine for growth marketing, directing measurement, visualization, and insights infrastructure to guide investment decisions and ensure performance visibility for executives.
The role involves owning analytics across growth marketing initiatives, managing attribution, and integrating artificial intelligence into analytical workflows to enhance efficiency and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Manage analytics and end-to-end measurement for all growth marketing functions to link spending to revenue
- Design and maintain visualization and reporting structures to deliver insights to stakeholders
- Conduct pipeline attribution, return on investment, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and ad spend distribution analyses
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Finance, and RevOps regarding budget pacing and forecasting
- Develop attribution models and performance measurement frameworks utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Deploy AI tools and predictive modeling to surface actionable insights and accelerate decision-making
- Support experimentation initiatives like A/B testing and lift analyses
- Partner with RevOps, Business Intelligence, and Marketing Operations to connect spending data using Salesforce, Tableau, and MCI platforms
- Automate reporting workflows with AI to reduce manual effort
- Maintain data quality and integrity across CRM and marketing systems
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of work experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a comparable discipline
- Extensive background in growth marketing measurement across the funnel
- Practical experience using Salesforce CRM and marketing data pipelines
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in marketing analytics
- Proficiency in data visualization software such as Tableau or Looker
- Knowledge of attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and incrementality testing
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Demonstrated history of managing forecasting and budget analysis alongside Finance and Revenue Operations
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
