- Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, operations, and commercial units to release compliant and scalable RSP platform functions.
- Handle product decisions related to SM-DP+, SM-DS, LPA, API, and portal elements associated with the RSP portfolio.
- Coordinate go-to-market preparations for new RSP features by aligning documentation, support workflows, operational processes, and stakeholder updates.
- Control backlog quality, release scope, acceptance criteria, and technical trade-offs across distributed teams.
- Track eSIM market shifts, GSMA specification updates, compliance regulations, and competitor products to keep the roadmap current.
Requirements
- Experience managing or utilizing an RSP platform, specifically SGP.22, from a carrier, vendor, or MVNO viewpoint.
- Product management background involving technical platforms, APIs, or telecommunications items.
- Ability to convert complex technical standards and customer requests into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Experience directing product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and release scopes for advanced platform features.
- Comprehensive grasp of SM-DP+, SM-SR, SM-DS, LPA, eUICC, EID, and eSIM profile lifecycle principles.
- Demonstrated capability to work alongside engineering, architecture, security, operations, and commercial partners.
- Experience defining product success metrics focused on reliability, activation, adoption, lifecycle performance, or operational quality.
- Advanced backlog management skills, including the ability to balance competing technical and commercial priorities.
- Capacity to articulate complex technical ideas clearly to engineering, executive, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
- Experience shipping products within regulated, standards-driven, or security-sensitive settings.
Qualifications
- Direct involvement with GSMA certification, compliance, or interoperability workflows for eSIM or RSP offerings.
- Exposure to mobile operator integrations, MVNO or MVNE platforms, or international connectivity services.
- Familiarity with SM-DP+ and SM-SR vendor systems, platform migrations, or operational tools.
- Experience shaping APIs, developer portals, self-service portals, or B2B platform user experiences.
