The role covers various specialized domains including legal, medical, scientific, technical, and translation fields. The selected professional will take a hands-on approach to designing hub operations, building the team, and collaborating with Delivery and Recruitment to plan sourcing tactics for both high-volume scaling and complex searches.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for high-volume, specialized, and hard-to-reach needs
- Collaborate with Delivery and Recruitment to evaluate project needs, requirements, and sourcing feasibility
- Develop relationships with production stakeholders while communicating expectations, timelines, and risks
- Analyze conversion and sourcing data to spot bottlenecks, test new approaches, and enhance funnel performance
- Incorporate automation and artificial intelligence into sourcing workflows to scale outreach, research, and efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, sourcing, or a related field
- Past experience leading or mentoring sourcing teams within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities across teams
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to guide sourcing decisions using data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Background in sourcing for crowdsourcing, data, or artificial intelligence projects

- Prior work history involving distributed or global teams across various time zones
