The role involves partnering closely with sales operations, product management, engineering, data, and master data management teams to architect robust solutions. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and program managers to design and manage solutions inside Salesforce and adjacent technologies for the opportunity life cycle management team
- Maintain a comprehensive view of CRM processes and user personas to guarantee compatibility with upstream and downstream systems
- Engage regularly with diverse stakeholders holding varying technical knowledge and priorities
- Lead end-to-end projects aimed at improving how internal and go-to-market teams track opportunity lifecycles and revenue forecasting
- Build automation and system behavior utilizing Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow to maintain scalability and end-user experience
- Convert business needs from multiple stakeholders into concrete technical solutions
- Provide ongoing roadmap ownership alongside product owners and managers
- Promote technology best practices and act as a technology stakeholder
Requirements
- Ten years of extensive experience working with Salesforce and SalesCloud implementations
- Five or more years of background designing and implementing large-scale automation inside the Salesforce ecosystem
- Five or more years of background designing and implementing large-scale automation related to usage-based selling
- Advanced technical expertise in Salesforce declarative automation, APEX, object-oriented programming, data modeling, event platforms, batch processes, and integration patterns
- Demonstrated capability to produce clear and highly detailed documentation outlining thoughts, process mappings, and recommendations
- Proven track record of operating as a strategic partner who can constructively challenge leadership and stakeholders for system scalability
- Demonstrated history of delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives within a fast-paced setting
- Possession of Salesforce Application Architect experience
Qualifications
- Salesforce B2B Solution Architect certification
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
- Salesforce Developer I certification
- Salesforce Application, System Architect, or Developer certifications
- Background designing and building within Salesforce for large user bases exceeding 2,000 users
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
