Strive Health seeks a Sr. Analyst, Operations Analytics to contribute to a healthcare mission focused on transforming chronic care management, improving patient health outcomes, and lowering emergency department visits. In this remote position, the analyst will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and technology staff to shape enterprise performance measurement.

The selected candidate will build executive and operational dashboards, formulate key performance indicators, assess operating models, and deliver data-backed insights to support value-based care and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain key performance indicators with SQL and enterprise data systems for strategic and clinical decisions
  • Design and manage dashboards delivering insights to medical directors and clinical teams
  • Evaluate operating models related to scheduling, patient engagement, productivity, and risk adjustment alongside operational stakeholders
  • Perform root cause analysis to examine data anomalies, operational variations, and performance trends
  • Work alongside technical teams to resolve data pipeline and quality problems
  • Document metric definitions, data sources, and dashboard logic to maintain reporting transparency

Requirements

  • Four or more years of experience in healthcare data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree featuring strong academic performance
  • Location in Denver
  • Minimum internet download and upload speeds of 3.8Mbps and 3.0Mbps with appropriate latency
  • Capacity to travel and visit locations onsite for business needs

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with evaluating medical claims, lab results, electronic medical records, and other clinical datasets
  • High proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software
  • Startup experience or an entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity
