SonicWall is seeking a remote Senior Territory Manager to oversee operations across Oregon and Washington. In this field-based sales position, the representative will focus on driving revenue growth by managing channel partners, distributors, and resellers within the designated region. This role is well-suited for an experienced enterprise channel sales professional who lives in Oregon or Washington and can regularly travel throughout the area. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert on security services while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve assigned sales quotas. Responsibilities
- Design and execute channel sales strategies to increase revenue via distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Draft and present proposals, quotes, and presentations detailing security solutions and business value.
- Match the employer value proposition with partner objectives to stimulate sales activities.
- Formulate joint business plans with partners to meet revenue and quota goals.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Sustain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed assigned quotas.
- Foster relationships with distributors, resellers, and key end-user accounts.
- Find and pursue incentives and promotions to boost sales performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert regarding company products and services.
- Direct partner engagement initiatives including annual business plans and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, technical, and leadership departments.
Requirements
- Established network of relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and distributors in the territory.
- Professional background in enterprise channel sales within networking or cybersecurity industries.
- Familiarity with the network security market, competitive landscape, and technology trends.
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales and partner revenue targets.
- Knowledge of solution selling methodologies and advanced cybersecurity topics.
- Verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based setting.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Oregon and Washington.
- Possession of a valid passport.
- Current residency in Oregon or Washington.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant industry experience, or Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience, or a PhD with at least 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience selling cybersecurity, secure networking, or cloud security solutions through channel partners.
- Comprehension of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
- Background in managing strategic accounts and driving partner-led revenue.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, forecasting methods, and pipeline management.
