This position is suited for a full-stack engineer who thrives in high-ambiguity environments, prioritizes system correctness where mistakes are costly, and is comfortable pivoting between backend logic and frontend interfaces. Robinhood operates on an in-person model requiring attendance at least three days per week at the office.

- Provide design-focused code reviews and mentorship to elevate team capabilities
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support business needs
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of independently delivering and operating complex, high-ambiguity software projects in production
- Production-level experience with modern backends like Python, Django, or Go, and component-based frontends such as Vue
- Hands-on background building financial systems including user balances, ledgers, risk engines, settlement, onboarding, KYC, or payments
- Ability to work on-site at the office at least three days per week
