UpGuard is expanding its remote team with a Senior Product Manager to guide the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the Cyber Risk Posture Management platform. The company aims to replace manual security bottlenecks with AI-driven precision, handling 100 billion risk signals daily through its threat intelligence, security ratings, and agentic AI tools.
This opportunity is well-suited for a professional who blends strategic thinking, technical know-how, and design sensibility to build customer-centric products. The person selected will steer features from discovery to delivery while collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales departments. Daily responsibilities include translating user problems into clear requirements, balancing technical limitations with business objectives, and using data performance metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities
- Manage the strategic vision and product roadmap for key areas of the platform from discovery to delivery
- Partner with engineering and design teams to build and launch solutions that align with business goals
- Convert user problems into clear and actionable product requirements
- Collaborate with design to maintain consistency and craft intuitive user experiences
- Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical limits to prioritize impactful work
- Advocate for user pain points and champion a customer-first approach
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across all levels
- Analyze performance metrics to measure success and find areas for enhancement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a technology or SaaS environment
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex product initiatives
- Experience collaborating with user experience or design teams
- Strong understanding of data and metrics to inform product choices
- A Bachelor's degree or higher
Qualifications
- Prior experience or qualifications in security or compliance
- Exposure to GRC teams, security operations, audit processes, and risk assessments
- Background or strong interest in user experience and design thinking
- Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions and concepts
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or data-driven product development
- Track record of identifying commercial opportunities inside product strategies
