Alo Yoga is seeking a remote Senior Manager Production Control, DC to direct production planning strategy across all distribution centers within the Alo Yoga network. This position oversees site-level Production Planning Managers to enhance throughput optimization, service level performance, and operational consistency. The professional in this role will establish standardized planning methodologies, decision frameworks, and best practices across multiple sites.
This position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and extensive knowledge of supply chain analytics, warehouse operations, demand forecasting, and warehouse management systems. The person chosen will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, such as Finance, Operations, and Industrial Engineering, to manage labor budgets, capacity roadmaps, and strategic initiatives. Candidates experienced in high-volume, multi-site warehouse environments who can make rapid decisions in a dynamic setting will find this opportunity a strong fit.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain network-wide production planning methodologies, standards, and frameworks
- Set consistent capacity thresholds, wave planning protocols, order prioritization rules, and metrics across sites
- Evaluate and implement planning software and system enhancements to improve processes
- Hire, coach, and evaluate four site-level Production Planning Managers and establish career development plans
- Collaborate with Finance, Industrial Engineering, and Operations on labor budgets, capacity roadmaps, and service targets
- Identify and escalate cross-site risks and constraints to support company growth and seasonal demands
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience
- Bring at least 8 years of experience in supply chain logistics, warehouse operations, production planning, or a related area
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
- Possess expert-level knowledge of WMS wave management, order management systems, labor planning workflows, and production planning concepts
- Demonstrate analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business cases
- Show proficiency with Excel, operational data analysis, BI reporting tools, and WMS reporting
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in apparel or footwear fulfillment operations
- Experience working in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce fulfillment operations
