The company is currently hiring a remote Senior Finance Manager to join its dynamic finance division. In this position, you will take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics while collaborating directly with the SVP of Finance. This role involves partnering closely with R&D and product departments to deliver actionable financial insights, shaping corporate planning narratives, and guiding strategic business choices. Operating with substantial autonomy, the successful candidate will tackle incomplete data, manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, and serve as a primary financial advisor to company leaders.

Responsibilities
- Manage forecasting, financial planning, and analyses across company cash flows, balance sheets, and P&L accounts for annual, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc periods.
- Collaborate with R&D and product groups to influence actions through data-driven financial insights.
- Build ongoing and ad-hoc forecasting models to evaluate organizational performance.
- Deliver in-depth analyses covering key performance indicators, actual versus budget metrics, flux, and overall company performance.
- Coordinate with finance, accounting, and business units to monitor, refine, and improve financial procedures and budgets.
- Provide cross-departmental insights for marketing, sales, sales development, and operations teams to optimize internal reporting and departmental budgets.
- Design, test, and embed improved financial and operational controls cross-functionally.

Requirements

- Skill to quickly data-mine, organize, and derive insights from raw financial figures, partner expertise, and customer anecdotes.
- Familiarity with the budgeting process, accounting standards, and financial reporting in a high-growth environment.
