Responsibilities
- Manage data strategy and execution for client deliverables within new industry sectors
- Act as a subject matter expert for emerging sector data during go-to-market client conversations
- Detect and fix data quality issues while addressing internal quality assurance and client concerns
- Design, standardize, and maintain scalable workflows to support expanding coverage
- Maintain sector categorization frameworks and build custom taxonomies for specific clients
- Mentor and empower team members while setting performance standards for quality and speed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data, insights, revenue, and engineering departments to drive growth
Requirements
- Possess at least 8 years of professional background in data analytics, consulting, or data operations
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or lead capacity
- Bring at least 4 years of experience utilizing Python, SQL, Pyspark, or other programming languages for complex datasets
- Demonstrate familiarity working with large, changing, and messy datasets with evolving taxonomies
- Show experience building and maintaining production-grade data workflows
